- Crystal Reports 8 Developer Spanish
- Crystal Reports 8 Professional English
- Crystal Reports 8 Professional Portuguese
- Crystal Reports 8 Professional Spanish
- Crystal Reports 8.5 Developer English
- Crystal Reports 8.5 Professional English
You may continue to use the above products, but support will not be given by the Business Objects Customer Assurance team. Please contact your nearest sales representative to upgrade to the latest version of Crystal Reports, or follow the steps below to download a decryption patch that will unlock the encrypted CD.
Decryption Patch Downloads
The following downloads are strictly for customers of encrypted Crystal Reports products. Select the appropriate patch for your product:

Patch Installations Steps
- Copy the appropriate Crystal Reports CD image to a folder on your hard drive.
- Place the downloaded patch file (i.e. SCRDEV80PT.MSI) into the same folder
- To startup the installation of the unencrypted Crystal Reports, double click on the downloaded patch file. You should not be directed to the Unlock website.
