If the URL contains 'enterprise115', then you are running Crystal Reports Server XI Release 2.
Otherwise you are running Crystal Reports Server XI.

  1. Open the Central Management Console
  2. Click on License Keys
  3. In the Total Licenses column, read the numbers for Named Users and Concurrent Users.
If Named Users is 5 and Concurrent Users is 0, then you're using the 5 named user promotional license.

How do I tell which Web Component Adapter(s) Are Installed?

  1. Open Control Panel, and choose Add or Remove Programs

I need to install the Java Web Component Adapter

Live Office depends on the Java Web Component Adapter (WCA).  If you modified your Crystal Reports Server XI Release 2 SP2 system to add the Java Web Component Adapter, the Crystal Reports XI Release 2 SP3 upgrade will automatically update the WCA.  If you did not, please follow the Java Web Component Adapter in the Crystal Reports Server XI Release 2 Service Pack 2 Upgrade Advisor
